The association is focused on organizing yoga classes for adults and children, yoga workshops, cultural and artistic events, in the province of Bergamo with the aim of expanding the project to an even wider range.
The proposed activities include:
YOGA CLASSES FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN;
YOGA WORKSHOPS FOR CHILDREN: workshops to introduce children to the world of yoga.
SPECIFIC WORKSHOPS FOR TEACHERS: courses that help teachers and parents to include yoga in their teaching.
COLOURS AND TASTES OF DANCE AND YOGA: workshops lasting a morning where yoga, dance and nutrition are proposed together.
SOUND AND COLOURS YOGA: workshops designed to engage people in the vast world of Yoga, Mantra and Mandala. During the two days you experience with practices of Hatha yoga, mantra recitation (the sounds of the universe) and the creation of Mandala (graphical representations of the universe). The food tasted is exclusively organic, the frame is a beautiful pine forest.
Among the projects carried out by the association there are:
YOGAMICO: is a didactic kit and an educational approach designed to introduce children into the world of yoga. It can be used by teachers and/or parents who want to introduce students and/or children into this wonderful world.
Through the use of music the children will make a journey through enchanting islands and they will discover the elements of yoga (postures, breathing, relaxation and sharing) through play and imagination. Thanks to the yoga the child discovers the ancient values such as love, peace, truth, non-violence, freedom, respect for oneself and for the others.
The game represents the most important journey we face: LIFE.
KUNDALINI: is a board game. With three different game modes with different complexities, Kundalini is suitable for children ages 8 and up, but mainly for adults who want to spend a fun time and at the same time full of challenges.
It all begin when Kundalini, a powerful latent energy that lies at the base of the spine of each one of us wakes up and tries to find the path to enlightenment, however, all the gates (chakras) are closed. The task of the players is to allow this trip.
Players move their energies, represented by drops of colored glass, along the way using a special dice. The course consists of 7 colored cardboard cards that represent the seven main chakras of Indian tradition.
The path is never taken for granted and the outcome of the game will depend heavily on the behavior of the players. The choices of the single influence the whole group that creates a strong relationship among the participants.
This is a collaborative game, you win or lose together, even if at the end of the road there will be a winner, according to a simple scoring system.
Our products are created with the intention to introduce an ancient culture, rich and deep teachings, which can sometimes seems distant and difficult to understand for us Westerners.
This is the same idea we are carrying on since many years to various wellness fairs: to bring the East to the West.
