I've been introduced to the Eastern culture and Martial Arts by a relative at a young age and fell in love. In 1995 I started teaching Yoga and Meditation realizing that that was my Path.
When asked how long she does Yoga for her answer is: "When I learned about Patanjali and the Yamas and Niyamas I realised that I've been practising Yoga much longer than I had thought". Realising that Yoga is much more than simply practising Yoga Asanas.
