Monika Paul was born in Germany and currently lives in Sasso Marconi near Bologna, Italy.

She studied in Germany to become a Professional Nurse.

From 1984 to 1990 she worked as a nurse in different natural medicine institutes in Germany and Switzerland. At the same time she began her studies in classical homeopathy and reflexology achieving the official accreditation of Heilpraktiker in Berlin where, in 1989, she opened a practice.

She then moved to Büsingen and continued her practice in classical homeopathy and reflexology, focusing on the Marquardt method, while continuing her education in the treatment of the lymphatic system and of metamorphosis.

In 1991 Monika was actively involved in the foundation of the board of directors for the Association of Classical Homeopathy (VKH) in Zurich. Starting in 1991 Monika has taught classical homeopathy in various schools including the Samuel Hahnemann School in Zurich, the St. Gallen NVS, the Schools of Naturopathy in Düsseldorf, Dresden and Augsburg and many more.

In 1994 she founded in Büsingen, Germany, the Minerva School for teaching Classical Homeopathy opening the three-year specialization courses. During the same year she received an accreditation from the European and International Association of Homeopaths ECCH / ICCH.

Monika then furthered her education attending professional courses in muscular reflexology (Myoreflex Therapy) and subsequently practicing it in physiotherapy institutes.  She also attended a psychology course based on Eric Berne’s Transactional Analysis.

Throughout her career Monika has attended a large number of Congresses including "The use of natural medicine in oncology", "Localized chemotherapy and natural medicine", "The secret of Asian healing mushrooms", "International Congress of Homeopathy in Oncology "etc.

In 2007, while attending a seminar, Monika saw a demonstration of music therapy with the harp and became captivated by this ancient form of therapy based on alpha waves and dating back to Pythagoras. This method is extremely effective in locating precisely the energy blocks in the body, mind and psyche. Monika is currently one of the few therapists in Italy specialized in music therapy with the harp.

In 2008 she became a member of the Italian professional nurses association.

In 2010 she moved permanently to Sasso Marconi where she opened a private practice in music therapy and reflexology.

From 2007 to 2011 Monika worked for a small company of natural cosmetics in the production department and sales management.
