The cycle of the seasons teaches us the art of becoming: nothing stays still; everything is born, transforms, dissolves and returns. Like nature, we too are moved through continual transitions, silent invitations to transformation. This practice will be a journey through the four seasons, learning to feel how change can become a space for evolution and growth. The sound and rhythm of the live instruments played by Vibreaction will support movement and breath, guiding us to feel the vibrations and energy of each season deeply and allowing us to immerse ourselves completely in the experience of the present moment.

TEACHER BIOGRAPHY

I graduated from Hari Om Cascina Bellaria in 2014 and I am a certified teacher registered with Yoga Alliance E500 h plus. I teach Vinyasa and Hatha yoga with influences from Iyengar yoga in various places and accommodation venues across the Langhe, Roero and Monferrato areas, as well as in my own studio, Yoga&Joy. My classes are the fruit of everything I have experienced on the mat, and I try to pass this on to those who practise with me. Yoga and travel are my two great passions, and curiosity and a desire to grow drive me to keep learning new things, so that I can evolve and be of help to those around me. For a few years now I have been part of the Hari Om teaching staff, and I am grateful and excited about this new adventure. Diego Rocca, aka Vibreaction, is a musician and sound operator. He has played guitar, handpan and other instruments for more than fifteen years and is also a singer-songwriter. He completed a Master's in Tibetan/Himalayan Singing Bowls and is constantly training and updating his skills. He works with several yoga teachers and venues in the Langhe, Roero and Monferrato.
