A place called heart

With Beatrice Baglyuk

Saturday 18 July 2026, 4:45 pm // Indoor hall

A slow, deep vinyasa practice, like a night-time walk with an open chest. Movement becomes essential, the breath guides in silence, while the body begins to open up space in the chest, the shoulders and the places where we feel most. A journey without a map, where the mat becomes the road and the body the compass, in search of a place called the heart, which speaks louder at night.

Wandering yogis

With Beatrice Baglyuk

Thursday 16 July 2026, 2:15 pm // Piazza Grande

A Vinyasa yoga practice designed for those who love to get lost and find themselves again. We will move like wanderers on the mat, passing through deep twists and playful inversions, exploring the body from unexpected angles. A fluid, intense practice that invites you to look at the world (and yourself) upside down, sideways, from within. For wandering Yogis, free spirits, and anyone who feels like questioning themselves and changing perspective.

TEACHER BIOGRAPHY

My name is Beatrice and I teach what I practise, I share what I live.

My journey in yoga began almost 10 years ago with Ashtanga Yoga; later I came across yin and vinyasa yoga, which opened me up to a light and playful space.

Since then, the practice has remained a constant thread, changing along with me. My life has been a rollercoaster that asked me to grow up fast, and that is exactly what has shaped the way I teach: direct, sensitive, deeply empathetic.

Today I live in the mountains, where the rhythm is essential and honest, I'm raising a wonderful child who is my greatest teacher of presence, and I share all of this.
