I am a attending medical school, and I have always been passionate about body, sport and movement.
Judo has entered my life when I was little and I have always lived it as an art of respect, harmony and balance, to oneself and others.
I have been approaching the world of yoga some years ago, and this has significantly improved my life both physically and spiritually and has allowed me to deepen the study of the body and how it relates to the mind. It fired such a passion that I have chosen to become a teacher.
I like to sing, mostly jazz, and play. I like to work and interact with children, I write childhood books, and from time to time I work on wood. I love art, travel, walk and watch, I love contaminations and collaborations, and I like to challenge myself in putting together all the nuances of my life.
