Thanks to my mother coming back from an Indian trip, I bumped into yoga.
I felt a deep connection with this ancient discipline and I realized almost immediately that thanks to my body, muscles, tissues and nerves, I could dive deeper into my inner space, in the hidden corners of my being.
From the very beginning, I adopted Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga as the main method for my daily yoga practice.
What makes this method special to me, is the fact that, despite using every time the same sequences and the same asana, the experience is always somewhat different.
It is through this journey - that has not always been smooth and effortless - that I have been learning to let the layers of my being go away; by perseverance, surrender, trust, focus and curiosity… with no rushing and a lot of sweetness.
Driven by the always growing desire in me, I studied in Italy, Switzerland and Canada, practicing, learning and meeting people with whom I had the chance to share thoughts and experiences of any kind, for which I’m very grateful for.
