Emanuela Genesio, a Hari-om School teacher, begins to teach and live her yoga daily thanks to her encounter with the interdisciplinary and non-dogmatic Marco Mandrino's approach.
From this moment, the creativity and the aesthetics, she already used in her artistic profession, become one with the yoga practice by enriching the poetical core of all her activities.
Emanuela Genesio also teaches modern and contemporary art: at European Institute of Design in Turin, Italy, and at Paris 8 University, France. She produces installations, performances, Indian inks, and she writes theoretical and poetical texts for different public events or organisations. Her inclination to theory and abstraction, together with the necessity to deal with senses and perception, constitute the extremes through which she experiences both yoga practices and contemporary artistic languages.
Tai Chi and Zen thought, but also walking in nature and contemplate its primordial signs are other instruments to let creativity and love emerge, through the direct confrontation with people and chance.
You can visualize her numerous activities on her website, some videos, drawings and workshops between yoga and art. She lives in Cherasco (Cn), teaches in Torino and Paris and everywhere it occurs.
