Since always very sporty, Piera approached Pilates and Power Yoga in 2008, feeling the need for rebalancing her body after the birth of two daughters.
Forthwith, the next step has been the inevitable need to deepen the yoga knowledge, practicing various yoga styles and methods, participating to many classes, workshops, Master classes of Ashtanga, Iyengar Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and meditation.
Piera undertook the path to become a qualified Yoga Teacher with the Hari-Om Yoga School, finding in it the approach most in accordance with herself.
In December 2014 she obtained the certification in Yoga Therapy, with a lot of eagerness and willing to deepen its knowledge, believing it to be a powerful means for helping the others.
