The mat becomes an alchemical laboratory in which to honour and fuse our inner polarities, masculine and feminine.

We will explore the fine boundary where the energy of Shiva, solid structure, meets the energy of Shakti, the flow of feeling.

The practice will be an invitation to let our most naked authenticity emerge, through a Vinyasa that alternates mindful presence with the freedom of somatic movement, dwelling in the present moment between strength and surrender.

The body, a sacred space to be felt; the breath, a bridge between doing and being.

TEACHER BIOGRAPHY

After years in the world of dance, as a performer and teacher, and a university degree in Psychology, Yoga arrived, and through it I found a way to explore my inner world and reconnect parts of myself that seemed distant. With the intention of sharing the change the practice has brought to my life, I began teacher training and graduated as a 500RYT with Hari Om, the school with which I now collaborate as a trainer. I teach, I practise, and I continue to be a student, because I consider yoga a journey of discovery. I'm passionate about Indian mythology, ayurveda and... cats: true masters of living in harmony with the world. Ranging from Vinyasa, fluid and dynamic, to Yin Yoga, still and soft, I'm on a path towards exploration, inner life and deep listening.
