Le Sacre Vinyasa
BALLET YOGA FLOW
With Anna Manes
Thursday 16 July 2026, 4:45 pm // Piazza Grande
This masterclass pays tribute to the famous ballet Le Sacre du printemps (The Rite of Spring), a masterpiece by the German choreographer Pina Bausch, who in 1975 interpreted the music of Igor Stravinsky, portraying a ritual in which a young woman is chosen to dance herself to death to bring about the arrival of spring.
A challenging Vinyasa with an intense emotional charge that will take us beyond the mat, too.

William Shakespeare's tragedy Romeo and Juliet is one of the most popular love stories of all time, the tragic archetype of innocent, impossible love. With the harmonious, creative flow of Vinyasa Yoga, we will pay homage to Prokofiev's celebrated ballet and to the idea of pure, total love.
