Yoga, Meditation, Animal Motion and Sound. In the teachers' intention, the class will be a single flow that begins with a short seated meditation; the most dynamic and intense part will feature Animal Motion, ending with floor Asana and relaxing moments of Yoga. It all closes with a mantra invocation."

TEACHER BIOGRAPHY

Emanuela, nicknamed Shamanu, is an Animal Motion and Yoga instructor and a Yoga of Sound Specialist. She is the creator of the Floating Touch massage.
She is also an Ayurvedic therapist specialising in sound massage, and an expert in nutrition.

She leads Sound Baths and Shamanic Percussion Rituals.

She practises a range of sports, from functional training to Muay Thai and surfing, and is tireless on mountain treks, putting a contagious passion into everything she does.
