The slower it is, the more I feel it

Vinyasa flow performed slowly, where every transition is moved through with control and every posture is inhabited for a few breaths longer. Slowness doesn't make the practice easier, it makes it deeper: time becomes weight, and weight becomes awareness. In slow movement we look for the details that get lost in speed. The mind stops running away and is made to stay. It is a demanding, lucid practice that digs beneath the surface of the gesture and turns slowness into presence. The more you stay, the more you feel.

TEACHER BIOGRAPHY
I discovered Yoga as a child thanks to my mother, who practised it. Years later I came across Vinyasa Yoga and fell completely in love with it.
My practices always seek a balance between fun and discipline, guiding practitioners towards knowing their own body and realising that each of us is perfect exactly as we are.
