For a Fistful of Asanas

With Mattia Pergher

Sunday 19 July 2026, 3:30 pm // Piazza Grande

A practice that sets aside the speed of vinyasa to rediscover the depth of movement. The focus is on a limited number of carefully chosen poses, to be explored with attention and awareness. Each asana is built up slowly, held for an appropriate length of time and experienced from the inside, allowing the body to take root and the mind to find space. An essential, intense and clean class: fewer movements, more presence.
