Dancing the Archetype

The body as myth in motion
A poetic workshop that starts from asanas as symbolic keys: each posture becomes an archetype, a silent story that the body can embody. Guided by the essence of these forms, participants will explore how to translate posture into creative, personal movement, transforming physical structure into poetic gesture, mindful improvisation and somatic score.
This journey invites you to look beyond form, to perceive the energy, the symbol and the story that each asana carries with it, turning yoga practice into a living dialogue between body, mind and imagination. An experience in which the body becomes a space for storytelling, metamorphosis and free expression.

Hatha Yoga: The Space Within and Around
With Sara Nesti
Thursday 16 July 2026, 3:30 pm // Piazza Grande
A Hatha Yoga practice dedicated to exploring space as a fundamental element of the practice.
Through slow postures, mindful alignment and deep breathing, participants learn to perceive the space inside the body, between the joints and tissues, and the space around them, in the environment, through the gaze and in relation to the breath. A journey of presence and deep listening, in which awareness of space supports balance, openness and stability, turning every asana into a full, centred experience.
