When I grow up, I want to be strong!

Whether it's mental or physical strength, the mat is a good gym for cultivating it, along with courage and self-confidence.
Arm balances tell us that strength and lightness are found together, one step before the fall: where all our certainties fail and only the strength of a courageous heart can lead us past fear to find balance and harmony.
From bakasana to koundinyasana, from the tripod to the handstand: a vinyasa of falls and rises, of attempts and successes.

The greatest gift of hammock practice is experiencing a deep sense of freedom and expansion.
The hammock is an emotion multiplier:
once you've overcome the fear of something new, silenced the discomfort of the fabric and sidestepped the need for control, a space of lightness and joy opens up, arising from satisfying an ancestral need for knowledge and self-affirmation.
The practice will combine elements of yoga and aerial dance, adapting to the makeup of the class and encouraging everyone to find their own pleasure in movement.

TEACHER BIOGRAPHY
I attended my first yoga class in 2015, at the age of 32, and it was love at first sight: I instantly sensed I had found something that would stay with me for the rest of my life. Over the following three years I threw myself into practice, trying different styles as a student: Iyengar, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, power and Yin. I received benefits and picked up qualities from each of them, until in 2018 I naturally arrived at teacher training at the Hari-Om school, which allowed me to deepen my research without asking me to commit exclusively to a single approach.
In 2019 I then discovered aerial yoga, which I find challenging, playful and liberating. The hammock gives me space to experiment and constantly changing perspectives.
I grew up in a family with a progressive mindset, I have a degree in philosophy, a free and enthusiastic nature, and a natural inclination towards logical and rational thinking. Through the practice of yoga I found a deep recovery of spirituality and a validation of a subtle energetic world, all too often belittled, which I had felt belonged to me since I was little.
I love the sea, animals, plants, convivial company and good food.
Today I live off what I love doing: in Rome I teach Vinyasa, aerial yoga, animal flow motion and inspired rocket yoga.
I study climbing, handstands, aerial acrobatics and acrobatic rock'n'roll.
Teaching satisfies my natural concern for others and gives me the chance to deepen the connection and exchange with other people, which I consider the richest source of personal growth.
