Green Tara Flow
With Federica Menenti
Saturday 18 July 2026, 3:30 pm // Piazza Grande

A fluid, circular Vinyasa inspired by Green Tara, archetype of presence, protection and mindful action. The practice unfolds like a mandala in motion: from the centre outwards and back again, without pauses, creating a continuous flow that unites grounding, openness and direction. The body becomes the vehicle of an energy that is gentle yet determined, able to move through the world without losing touch with the heart. We are not looking for the perfect shape, but for the quality of the gesture. Not the strength that pushes, but the strength that responds.

Yin & Shiatsu: Abitare il bacino
With Federica Menenti and Antonio Affatati
Friday 17 July 2026, 11:45 am // Cortile del Guerriero
The pelvis is our vital centre: it supports, grounds, welcomes and creates. It is the place of stability, but also of creativity, inner strength and the ability to give shape to our projects. In this workshop we will combine the depth of Yin Yoga with the mindful touch of Shiatsu to explore the pelvis as a space of listening and transformation. Through positions held over time, we will work on the hips, the sacrum and the energy lines of the Kidney and Bladder, encouraging openness, softness and stability.
The Shiatsu treatment, woven into the practice, will accompany deep release and support energetic rebalancing. It will be a slow time, a safe space in which to learn to inhabit your own centre, melt away accumulated tension and regain a sense of grounding and presence. It is work that also nourishes that deep reserve of vital energy which the Ayurvedic tradition calls Ojas, a silent quality of stability and regeneration that we carry within us. An experience suitable for everyone, even those who have never practised before.

TEACHER BIOGRAPHY
I came to Yoga during my university years. I then discovered martial arts, and so began mixing yoga and karate. I got my 500-hour Hari Om diploma in 2014, and in 2017 my specialisation in Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga. Since 2018 I have chosen to dedicate myself exclusively to Yoga and to my family, living and teaching in Orvieto. On the mat I like to practise Vinyasa, and I recently discovered Rocket, which captivated me and is pushing me to explore the method more deeply. Alongside it, Yin Yoga came naturally, completing and enriching my practice. For the rest, I really love trying to apply Yoga off the mat, in everything and in every situation.
